Courses Satisfying the Mechanical Engineering Department Elective Requirement
The flexibility of the elective courses is designed to allow the student to explore areas outside of the mechanical engineering discipline. The department will accept any of the below ME courses or any upper-division courses from other departments in the College of Engineering, the College of Business Administration, and the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Geo-Sciences, Math, and Physics without prior approval. Students can request approval in other areas by contacting the advising office in the mechanical engineering department.
