Defense Notification and Abstract - Doctoral Students: June 3
Statement of Intention to Graduate: June 8
Regalia - Doctoral Students: June 12
Cap-Gown-Hood Orders: June 12
Thesis or Dissertation Defense: June 25
Electronic Thesis Dissertation (ETD) Document Fee: June 25
Official Report on Final Defense: June 26
Review Draft of Thesis/Dissertation: July 6
Signed Thesis/Dissertation Approval Form: within 2 weeks of defense or July 6
ETD Signature Form: within 2 weeks of defense or July 6
Official Reports on Final Comprehensive Examinations for Master's: July 8
Graduate in Absentia: July 10
Grade Changes: July 10
Final Copy of Thesis or Dissertation: July 24
University Graduate Commencement: August 8
